Take out an ad in the daily newspaper with something like this:
"Online Job Hiring
Looking for some people to work at home. All you need is a computer with internet connection. Contact "youremail@gmail.com" for more information"
Set up an autoresponder with the information needed for people who email you saying "I'm interested"
Something like this.
"Thank you for your interest! We have about 4 positions available, please apply at "www.youraffiliateworkathomelink.com"
Give them more information about the job as well. ( just make it up )
